Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Due to our continued growth, we're on the lookout for a passionate Maintenance Account Manager, who embodies our values of hard work, dedication, and boundless enthusiasm. The Maintenance Account Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and will be directly responsible for crew scheduling, account visits, field inspections, maintain relationships with existing property managers and develop new relationships. Candidate must have prior experience in landscape maintenance management, strong communication skills and crew scheduling. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday and Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all crews within the branch are working productively and consistent within the Romeiro’s Landscape system

  • Assess and evaluate turf, plantings and hardscape

  • Ensure all crews are scheduled with a concise plan and they are executing effectively and efficiently.

  • Communicate daily with foreman in regards to property to property requirements.

  • Complete field inspection reports and review results with the Foreman and Operations Manager.

  • Building a trusting and professional relationship with new clients and current clients

  • Assist and participate in snow removal operations.

  • Lead by example, encourage teamwork, and promote the organizational philosophy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the landscape industry

  • Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment

  • Proficient computer skills ( Microsoft Office)

  • Customer service experience

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with medical card

  • Management experience

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
